CRITICAL HOUSING WARNING
The American Association of Pharmaceutical Scientists (AAPS)
has learned that companies claiming to have some relationship with our association
are contacting our exhibitors to assist with hotel reservations for the American
Association of Pharmaceutical Scientists Annual Meeting in November. Please be advised
that AAPS has contracted this service with Experient, our only housing provider.
AAPS does not have contracts with any other companies to manage hotel reservations
for our Annual Meeting. Any other company offering to assist with your housing reservations
may have, and probably does have hidden fees and steep cancellation fees. Some of
these companies also require full payment and are non-refundable.
The AAPS Annual Meeting housing will be open in June and you will be notified prior
to this opening. We urge you to make all room reservations through Experient only.
AAPS has negotiated the lowest rates for our exhibitors and attendees, therefore
we strongly recommend reserving your housing through Experient. If you are contacted
by any other housing provider who offers hotel rooms for our Annual Meeting, please
forward the information to expos@aaps.org. Thank you.
