Registration badge and event tickets will be mailed to registrants from the United States and Canada whose registrations are received by September 21, 2007. If you are not able to send your registration form to arrive by October 26, 2007, plan to register on-site.

Back to TopAdvanced registration is required to guarantee participation in a short course. Enrollment for each course is limited to 85 participants and processed on a first-come, first-served basis. A minimum of 50 registrants per course is required. AAPS reserves the right to cancel the course if minimum enrollment is not reached by September 14, 2007.
AAPS student members may apply for a reduced $50 registration fee for short courses. Five applicants will be selected for each short course on a first-come, first-served basis. To qualify you must mail or fax the application
so that it will be received by September 14, 2007.

Exposition Only
Back to TopYou may register on-site only to view the commercial exhibits in the exhibit hall during scheduled exhibit hours from Monday through Wednesday for $100 per person, per day. Advanced registration will not be accepted. This registration fee does not include admittance to any scientific sessions, the Opening Session or receptions.
Cancellations/Refunds/Substitutions

All requests for refunds must be submitted in writing and emailed to registration@aaps.org or faxed to (703) 243-5582. Registration refunds will be issued for all requests received by October 12, 2007, less an administrative fee ($100 for members and non-members/$30 for student registrants). Registrant substitutions from the same company may be submitted in writing at any time without penalty. If the membership status of the substitute differs from that of the original registrant, a refund or additional charge may apply. The AAPS Office will be closed November 8-15, 2007 while staff is at the AAPS Annual Meeting and Exposition. Please do NOT fax documents during these dates.
Group Registration
Groups of three paid registrants or five paid registrants must be maintained in order to qualify for the appropriate number of complimentary registrations. Cancellation of one person from a group of three paid registrants will cancel the complimentary rate for the fourth registrant whose registration fee will be adjusted according to membership status and time of original registration. Cancellation of one person from a minimum of five paid group registrations will cancel the complimentary rate for the seventh registrant whose registration fees will be adjusted according to membership status and time of the original registration. Substitutions are allowed at any time with the registration rate to be adjusted according to membership status of the person who is the replacement registrant. Previously submitted registrations cannot be combined in order to meet minimum group requirements. Group registration cancellations received by October 12, 2007 will be issued less an administrative fee ($100 for members and non-members/$30 for student registrants) per person.
Short Course
Short course registration cancellations received by October 12, 2007 will be issued less a $100 administrative fee. No refunds will be issued for short course registration cancellations received after October 12. Registrant substitutions submitted in writing are accepted at any time without penalty. If the membership status of the substitute differs from that of the original registrant, a refund or additional charge may apply.
Workshops
All written refund requests received by October 12, 2007 will be issued minus an administrative fee ($180 for registrants/$50 government registrants/$15 student registrants). Refund requests received after this date will not be accepted. Registrant substitutions submitted in writing are accepted at any time without penalty. If the membership status of the substitute differs from that of the original registrant, a refund or additional charge may apply.
