Roundtable
ACPE #073-999-07-536-L04

The delivery of nucleic acids into cells requires these therapeutic molecules to access the intracellular space. A variety of physical techniques (e.g., sonoporation, electroporation, iontophoresis, microneedles) have been employed to facilitate delivery of nucleic acids both in vitro and in the clinic. This roundtable will describe each of these techniques and compare their relative benefits and drawbacks.
