2008 LBABFG Goals
- Submit and publish at least two white papers (e.g. immunogenicity/NAB assay validation)
- Support ongoing APC activities
- Fully implement two new APCs (Communication and Education, identify membership, establish goals, initiate activities etc)
- Develop communications with SPOD to develop student/academic scientist involvement in the LBABFG
- Support AAPS programming: NBC, AAPS AM, Incurred sample and immunogenicity workshops
- Develop a list of "hot topics" from which to draw for 2009 including dedicated programming
- E.g. LIMS and automated platforms, regulatory topics (computer system validation for GLP LBA support, biosimilars, new guidances), immunogenicity/PK issues with novel molecular entities
- Identify and implement at least one distance learning initiative
- Expand training program
- Expand PK assay training beyond NBC
- Initiate planning for immunogenicity assay training program
- Promote interactions with other AAPS sections/focus groups
- Continue to build new leadership, expand volunteers in LBABFG
