Chapter Information
The AAPS-University of Washington (UW) Student Chapter was created in February 2005 with 26 founding members. Already the chapter has organized a weekly journal club and held successful membership drives. Looking forward, the chapter hopes to invite speakers to discuss professional advancement, leadership skills and pharmaceutical discoveries, and perform outreach to spread information about opportunities in the pharmaceutical sciences and spark interest for careers in the field. The chapter’s founding members invite all UW students and postdoctoral fellows interested in the pharmaceutical sciences to become affiliated with the chapter!
