Chapter Information
In 1998, graduate students from the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia (USIP) and Temple University joined together to form the AAPS-Philadelphia Student Chapter. Due to considerable interest and involvement among chapter members, in 2003, the two schools split to create separate AAPS Student Chapters. Since then, each chapter has flourished individually; however, the two groups do continue to work together to provide a bridge between graduate students and the larger, pharmaceutical presence in the Philadelphia area. This goal ensures a "next generation" of graduate students at both schools.
