Chapter Information
The AAPS University of Iowa Student Chapter is comprised of a diverse
group of students with research interests ranging from physical & applied
pharmaceutics, drug disposition & dynamics, drug delivering, and tissue
engineering. The primary mission of the chapter is to provide University of
Iowa students in the pharmaceutical sciences a networking forum for career
development.
The chapter is actively involved in sponsoring guest lecturers, career
development programs, trips to tour pharmaceutical facilities, fundraisers,
and annual chapter picnics. The chapter also interacts and networks with
other graduate students, such as when they hosted the 36th Annual
Pharmaceutics Graduate Student Research Meeting (PGSRM).
