Login: You will automatically be brought to the Login page. If you are a new user, you can either sign in by selecting New User or Create New User with AAPS Member ID. Press Enter when you are finished.

On the next page you will be asked for more detailed information on yourself. Click on Update information when you are finished.

Create a submission: Choose either Add or Edit my Events and click submit. You will be brought to the Events Home page. Please note that you can view Session and Section Descriptions by clicking on the hyperlinks. After filling out all of the categories, clink Save and Continue.

On the Event Speakers page you need to enter at least one speaker and an organizer for the submission to be considered complete. There are two options on how to enter people: at the top of the page you can select yourself and at the bottom half of the page, you can add someone by entering their email address or Member ID. Make sure you either select “Add an Organizer,” “Add a Moderator,” or “Add a Speaker.”

The next step is to fill out all pertinent information on the speakers, including their presentation title and degree(s). Click on save when each page is complete. Remember, in order for a submission to be considered complete, you must have at least one speaker and one organizer. Additional speakers and moderators are welcomed as well. When your submission is to your liking, press Submit Proposal on the Event Speakers page. Please proof for spelling.

If you are entering more than one submission, you can select Add another Event Request on the Events Home page.

You will be notified by AAPS by the end of January 2009 if your session has been accepted or rejected. Please be sure your spam filter is set to allow email from ReeseM@aaps.org to assure you receive your notification.
